There's an island named for her in the Chain o' Lakes near Waupaca, where she used to have a cottage.

Shes long been a favorite of mine... as I'm sure she is with others who love classic film. It broke my heart, but I'm also glad to know she died peacefully, in her sleep. A long happy life, a good death. It's all anyone can hope for. As sad as I was that day, it did do my heart good to see all the vintage communities posting about how much they loved her.
