Shell Top 3.0

[Little_Orca]

Here is my shell top, the third time it has been made / given a face lift.

This time in the make over, I worked on making it more comfortable as the faux foliage has some wire in it and would cut up my arms in the past with it going all the way around the bra. That foliage has been replaced by netting which cannot be seen in the images. I also added another star fish, reinforced them with gorilla glue, and went pearl crazy. I am also working on pearl jewelry to wear while swimming.

No secrect I am a busty mer and simple lion's paw shells would not cover me alone, hence all the foliage and other things added as decoration.

Such a cute top! I have all the supplies I need to make one, but I still haven't sat down and worked on it yet. :S But the starfishies do look adorable. ^^

This just reminded me of my childhood, which was full of mermaid toys made by me and my mother.
All topless.
It never occurred to me mermaids should have a top until much later (like, 10 years or so).

Would be much easier, no? :p

There is. I took a regular beige bra that could have the option of converting into a strapless, removed the straps, replaced them with netting, and went to town hiding the cups.

I love it Little Orca! I really like the coverage, I too am a busty mer and when I can find shells that don't look like pasties... they're the wrong shape/depth and give me funny-shaped bewbage :P I really love the composition of yours, though, with all the green and the netting on top and pearls, I think it's beautiful, and not too busy :)
