Freediving Classes in OC?

I am having a derned hard time finding any that aren't way down in San Clemente or up in LA (Which is NOT Orange County, Google).

Does anyone know of schools that offer this? Or a local SCUBA place that offers them decently priced?

What do the classes entail? I want to try this.

Green, these are classes to help teach and condition you to freedive. Freediving is diving without the use of a tank.

I know that part. I was curious what sort of exercises the training consists of.

Breath holds, swimming, freediving. Look it up, every place teaches it slightly different.
