I had seen this some time ago... I think it shows just what's wrong with America: If someone is stealing a bike, it shouldn't matter to you if they are a white male, black male, or pretty white female. I still laugh at how folks were tripping over themselves to help the pretty girl, even though she openly admitted it wasn't her bike.

Wow, that's all I can say.

Hm.
How legit is this?
I mean, that dude saying "I can steal it for you, I have experience"...struck me as a bit fake tbh.

I don't think your experiment really works because you are presenting another image of Americans, their society and their people are not like that, you should have some positive thought toward them.

Leah and Caltuna, these are actual psychological studies with a world famous journalist and a team of real psychologists.
Here is another famous psychological experiment from a previous class. This experiment is used to explain the psychological concept known as the misattribution of arousal.

its actually from a hidden camera show. called what would you do. All of the reactions are totally real and not scipted. The show covers lots of topics like there's one episode with a Transwoman shopping for prom dresses and her dad comes and makes a rukus. There's also one where two black women go into a store and the clerks follow them around and say things to them that's really rude. Its a really good show. Lets you see what kind of bigots there are out there lol. ( and i guess what kind of good people too)

We had a show like that here in Sweden too, recorded a few years ago, it was great.
It's called "På bar gärning", (caught in the act) and they set up different scenarios each week to see if/how people reacted.
One was a young guy, respectively an middle-aged man starting to talk to a little girl at a playground, and asking her to walk away with him. (girl was actor too)
No one did a thing.
