I have been working as an underwater photographer (http://seadance.ca) for many years and have only just discovered the magic of mermaiding! I'm a retired scuba instructor and recently have been looking for classes to learn how to breath hold dive (apnea dive) It was through this that I found out how popular mermaiding is becoming! I bought two monofins so that I can swim with a friend because I think there are a total of two mermaids in my community and then I sewed up a tail to wear as well! I love both being the mermaid and photographing them.... :) It makes finning beautiful :)

Gorgeous! I love the pictures with fabric in them, it just gives the images such a fabulously floaty quality.
