I think this thread just made the compacts sell out. It was literally available for purchase off the website yesterday, now it's gone :/ Gonna see if they have some at the store today.

when I posted the thread, the compact was not available. Since posting it, it's become available and sold out twice. I don't think it's because of the thread, if you look on their FB page they sell out faster that the email notifications that they're in stock again can go out.

Apparently the collection came and went :/ I don't know how I missed it. I pass Sephora all the time. It's right down the street. Last time I was in there it was Jasmine. Said they had it and were sold out, that they were making room for another collection coming, probably another princess. Meh, if you want it, better order online before it's gone.

I wasn't saying that :p just pointing out that in that small period of time it's sold out at least twice that I know of and was sold out initially when I posted too. (I subscribed to the emails so It would notify me when the product was back in, and both times by the time I got my credit card ready it was sold out again!) It's just a super popular item all the way around. It's not supposed to get here until Next month apparently. But stuff is always so delayed getting to Canada if at all. So I plan on trying to buy it the second I can. I keep checking the website :)

I think the ladies at Sephora lied to me. I had a friend in NYC call her store and they told her it'll be in next month. Wondering if the sales chicks are confused or it was released in Hawaii early, which sometimes happens. Well either way she said she'd get the compact for me next month. It's ridiculous, people are already bidding on these things for over 3x what they're worth on eBay. Has anyone tried the perfume? I want to know what it smells like before I spend $65.

I got the nail polish and the eye palette and I believe they're worth every penny! I don't like the smell of the perfume, the look of the glosses or the quad eye palette so I didn't get them. There weren't any mirrors at my local Sephora or I would have gotten that too. The packaging alone is phenomenal!

I am beside myself. I went to buy the compact and merwrangler Sean surprised me by buying both eye palletts for me! As an anniversary gift! (it's out 6 years in a few weeks). I actually cried in the mall, hahaha. We're pinching pennies right now, but he insisted because he knew it would make me happy and I'd use it a lot too. Plus I can water proof it all with a sealer. I love it. I use a lot of makeup and I really like these colours. The compact IS WORTH EVERY PENNY it's easily one of the most beautiful things I even own! I'm literally doing a photoshoot with this stuff tonight hahaha. Love it so much.
This compact is like something Sailor Moon would use. Hahaha

Glad to hear it all worked out. I kind of went crazy and got everything from the collection except the roll on and the nail polish since I never have any nails to paint and the colors it came with didn't seem like anything special. But I love the palette and the mirror. I don't know why some people are hating on the palette. I guess I don't own/use enough makeup to really tell the difference, but the colors definitely weren't crumbly when I tried them. And they blend beautifully. The only thing that bugs me are the color names; they're pretty nonsensical if you look at the colors compared to the names they're given. Though some of them seem to change when applied. Like Sebastian looks pink at first, but it goes on red. So, maybe there is some reason to the madness. I also got 3 mirrors so I can sell 2 back on ebay when they're gone for good to cover the cost of the makeup I bought >.< My only complaint is everyone's qualms with the lip glosses are true. They smell plasticy and they aren't very vibrant, they're kind of goopy. Raina, what sealer do you use to waterproof the eyeshadows, and I know you said you didn't like perfume but I bought it and it smells really pretty and I'm not even a perfume wearer. It's this light floral fragrance that just smells fresh. Everyone says there's a lot of cucumber in it, but I honestly can't tell.

I personally just never wear eye shadow at all. IF I do for a photo it is usually just black shadow for smokey eye and that may only be a few times a decade. I love long lasting lipsticks but I havent even worn lipstick more than a few times all Summer. So Im not into a lot of makeup at all.

The roller perfume smells really warm (?) when you first apply it... if that makes any sense. after a while It starts to smell like cucumber

I actually thought the perfume smelled lovely, like melon or cucumber, but I am allergic to perfume so it makes me sick if I wear it.

The fact that they have this is killing me.... I don't have money for make-up I'll hardly wear right now... But I was at Downtown Disney the other day, and I walked by Sephora, and I literally had to be lured away with beignets so I didn't run in and try and buy the whole set... :(

But I still want it.
