the new MDV tail

here is the new tail from MDV. I saw the update on facebook and wanted to share to everyone here.

I think it's beautiful and truly a masterpiece. The tail is very unique and the owner is very lucky :D

I think that's why Mike Van Daal was M.I.A for a while. Totally worth it though.

The colour scheme is beautiful, and it looks like he's changed the fluke scheme. I had tried ordering from him before I went with Raven, but he never replied (even when I had the money and was ready to pay) and then I got blocked from his page, so I never get to "like" any of the works. Still not sure why :p

I think his stuff is beautiful. but every mermaid I personally know who has a MVD tail say they're too heavy and cumbersome and they really struggle to use them. I've seen Doreen's previous MVD tails passed around quite a lot, and I know my friend Sirena who has a blue one, while it's a lovely tail, has some obvious wear and tear and is quite heavy too.

I wonder if these new fluke style are any lighter?

Eitherway, props to Mike. I had heard he does his business in addition to working a full time job, another job, and even going to school too. I think he's one of the few tail makers who also took spfx courses to learn his craft. I REALLY love his collaborations with Hannah Fraser, though the length of the fringes aren't personal style, I think they give such an otherworldly appearance to her tails that really drives home the mermaid lore!

I love the colors, and the H2O fluke SO much. I love the bright, overly colorful tails personally most and this one is just, ungh, exactly my sort of colors I love. It's a beautiful tail. <3

I like the simplicity. No dorsal, pelvic or heel fins, and a simple scale. And I love the gradient, though I'd prefer darker colors for myself. :D But the paint job is beautiful.

Wow! That's so pretty! I wasn't a huge fan of it when I first saw it laying flat, but on her, and in the sunlight, it's absolutely stunning!

it's nice to see his tails on someone other than melissa and her group. I'd love to see how some of the other mermaids are doing who have his tails. we dont usually get pics and when we do there's just the initial ones. I like watching how people's personas evolve and their business grow
