Mer-Gathering in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?

So I'm going on vacation on August 18th-22nd to Myrtle Beach, SC. We have 4 hotels in question right now. Sovim not sure withered exactly I'll be. But for purpose sake... Anyone want to swim over to Myrtle Beach and visit a mer or more?
The hotels we are considering are:
The Breakers Resort
The Caribbean Resort and Villas
The Caravelle Resort
The Paradise Resort

So overall hope some of you can come. Even if you're just visiting for a day or two. I'd really love to meet another mer. I hope to see you! Any question? Just ask. :)

I just went on a vacation at myrtle beach. My family and I stayed at The Breakers Resort. It was a great hotel and there were several of them side by side right on the beach. Every hotel had two pools and you could use any of them as long as you had your breakers resort bracelet.

We have stayed at the breakers resort at Myrtle Beach every year until last year when their prices were jacked up. So we stayed at a sister hotel called the Caribbean... Familiar name? LLocknut we are still deciding. The Caravelle is cheapest. But they are all nice and we know two and my friend stayed at the Paradise this year. So again hope some of you can meet me and we can talk and find shark teeth and I'll keep you all updated on my hotel choice. :)

I may be able to drive up for a day that Sun, but it depends on how money goes since it's a 2 hour drive and since I'm leaving on vacation Aug 28 so I can't take any more time off work around then. I suppose it also depends on what time you're arriving Sunday. I've never stayed at any of those hotels, so I can't offer an opinion. I have recently stayed at Hotel Blue, which I liked. They have a swim-up bar.

Actually we probably aren't staying at any of those. Lol. The Caribbean is out of our rooms ad they actually overbooked. The breakers is just to pricey. The Caravelle is new and way up the beach and we like to walk to the pier and back looking for shark teeth and shells and its like double the walk but there is a cool delta close to it. And we were looking at the paradise and they said we could even swim at their pools and their neighbors, Compass Cove Resort. So then we decided that we would probably book there because they are cheaper and have better amenities. An they look nice. It is bore try close to the breakers and Caribbean so about the same walk to the pier and sometimes we walk the other way too.

@Taniira: I would love if you and other mers could come down. It would be great to meet some mers. If you could tell and or gather anymore mermaids that would also be great! So hope to see you! :)

And on Sunday I will probably be down at the beach at maybe 5 or 6. Because I think check in at the hotel may be at 3. Then we have to get a little settled in the room and then go to Walmart because we do all of our cooking in the hotel room. We have to get rooms with a kitchen. Lol. But if we decide to go to Walmart in the evening after a day on the beach I might be down on the beach at 4 or 5. It depends. The hotel has wifi, so when I get there if I can I will tell you all the plan. Although it probably won't be much use then. Lol. But oh well. I wil try to inform you all before we leave for the 12+ hour drive. ;) and before then about everything else.

So final hotel decision. We are staying at the paradise resort. But an added bonus is that we get a pass to Myrtle waves watermark 1 person is free everyday and all the other guests are on a discount and there's a couple other things like free DVD rentals unlimited, also something about nacar... Like a go cart thing I believe. And we get to go to their neighbor and swim at their 23 pool amenities, this is the Compass Cove. You should look both up. I'm so excited to go for the beach, resort, shark teeth, relaxation, shells, and everything else to low about vacations and myrtle beach. Also getting to meet another mermaid! I really hope you can come Carolina!

Okay so we are going to Walmart first so if any of you come I'll prob be down at the beach around 6-7. Because check in is at 3 and never know how long that will take. And then we have to get up to the too and settle in just a little and then go to Walmart and then get back and put that stuff away and then get ready to go down. So prob 6-8. So it might e a better idea to come any of he other days I'm there instead of the first hectic day. LOL. But please everyone (Carolina, teehee) let me know what day and time you will be coming and how we want to meet up. Like how will we find each other. Unless we have our tails on. But remember also I will be at the Paradise Resort so in front of that. You'll have to look up the address idk it off of the bat. And it would help me I know when you'll be there so I know not to walk to the pier and back so I'm not not there when you are. Lol. So thanks and please fill me in! :) so excited!!!
