Hi! I'm just a luker on this site (can't afford a tail yet, but I have tons of ideas) and I'm in NorCal, the San Jose area xD I guess more people are in SoCal and the Orange County area. Makes sense since all the iconic beaches are in South Cali, but we northerners have some pretty sweet beaches too.

Oh dang I just looked it up, it's like 2 hours lol she's way out by Mermaid Shelly's Grotto! Millie, we could do a meet up at Marina Del Rey! I don't know if you know where that is, though. Actually, I went there in elementary school, so for all I know the place I went to is only for field trips haha or we could go to Malibu or something! Or Orange County..or somewhere with a lake. Lakes don't have sharks. :P

My tail has been purchased but I dont have it yet either. I think its better to join a pod before so you can learn things before starting and so maybe your first swim can be with more experienced mers. Thats what I was thinking anyway. XD

Hi everyone, new member here from Northern California--Eureka in Humboldt County to be exact. Haven't had a good working tail in years but hoping to start one soon. The waters are cold up here but I really enjoy swimming in the more inland rivers.
