I have no idea if they are. But I would say yes because on ebay they have to post any defects about there stuff no matter who posts something for sale. An like you Mermaid Danielle I wish I could afford them. The say they stretch 1 to 2 inches. I am very close to that size.

the seller is MermaidsRUs. the Weeki Wachee girls use their tails a lot. this is their realistic basic silicone tail. they're having a sale on them right now
