I don't think I've heard of anyone capturing a giant squid. They seem to have trouble just getting video.This is a statue, right?

I think it isn't an actual GIANT squid but it is a large squid. I'm not sure what breed but it is real and in captivity at some aquarium. Don't know where. My cousin that lives in China posted it she said it was alive. My kids have a thing for squids and all 3 of my boys were squids for Halloween a few years ago.

I looked up photos of humbolt squids, and I didn't see any as large as that one. I also think it looks plastic, especially the eyes.
I call shenanigans on this one.

Possibly. I do know my cousin took the photo. She is Norwegian and only speaks Norwegian and Chinese so I can't figure out if it was real or not as there is a big language barrier.
