Question on Mermaid Hair

Do wigs work when swimming, or hair extensions? I've never done hair extensions, and I am a little worry wort over my wigs, do they stay on alright?

I am sure they could with some bobby pins. I know a lot of ethnic women do swim in wigs. I have not worn my wig yet at all :$ (strictly for a one day photo shoot). I only swim with my real hair .
But to answer your question yes! I know a lot of ethnic women who wear wigs and weaves for ALL occasions with no problems.

Some mers swim in wigs. I've heard the secret to getting them to say on is a mesh wig cap and tons of bobby pins. Also having a decent quality wig helps, as the quality of wigs really tend to show when wearing them for underwater use.
