I feel as though I should post that meme of that otter holding out her baby. But ANYWAYS. I know it's not mer-related, however I also know there's a ton of lovely ladies and gentlemen on this site who do awesome cosplaying and costuming in general. So without further ado, I made an assassin's creed costume. And then, 424 Films took that costume and made a video.

Comments are HUGELY appreciated, and advice is ALWAYS welcome. :]

That was pretty epic :) I do always enjoy watching parkour done in awesome costumes, especially Assassin's Creed outfits! My BF has asked me to make him one specifically to be realistic but moveable for parkour and such... But that's a ways down the line after he learns parkour LOL!

I love the blue brocade <3

haha thanks! Yeah that blue brocade... Don't use anythign like that. If it rips or tears, it then frays at least an inch down before you notice it. Before we started filming that tunic was a little big for him, now's it's tight.

But thank you again! It's a lot of hard work, lol

Brocade can be a pain to work with, but I find that it really helps to line it, that way it has a second strength layer. The video looks great though, can't wait to see more!

I literally just face palmed. Of course a liner, why didn't I think of that! Would have helped with the snaps too since my thread kept going straight through the brocade.

Should have asked before I started. I know better, lol.

But thank you! We just finished two days of filming. One in the same location and the other in Acadia National Park.

And in two weekends we're going to a pirate festival, should be fun!
