;; Well it's looking like working some more on my tail has to be put on hold for a while, since my husband and I just found out we're pregnant (4 weeks) so I'm going to blow up like a balloon. Fortunately I hadn't done anything with the neoprene, yet, which is alright. All I have, now, is an extended monofin that I'll continue to use to get some good swimming and exercise in while I'm carrying our baby.

Haha thanks~! Glad to know the coming of merlings is so exciting around here XDD. I don't knit, but I wanna learn so I can make a little knitted tail for the baby. I want to immerse him or her in the wonderful community we have here, and teach him/her all about nature and the ocean and environmental conservation and so so much more. I'm a little bummed that my tail has to be put on hold (boo-hoo) but that's pretty overshadowed by the coming of our little baby. Yes, Amphitrite, this is our first. :>

Lol if I make a maternity tail, it'll be out of cheaper fabric instead of pricey neoprene. XD Neoprene would be for the performance (hopefully business) tail.

You know, I can't think of a better way to show merlings all about initiative, doing business, and success, as they grow up, than to let them see you build up a mermaiding business, and maybe participating as they get older. Just a thought.

Mer-ternity shoots are really fun, and definitely make yourself a fabric tail for now. You'll love having a tail for swimming while preggers. I know I sure did!

Haha! Yes, I'd love to have little him or her involved in the mer community, and to learn all the good things that come with. I really like the idea of making a little knitted tail for them to wear in the bassinet or for playtime/pictures.
