Help!?

Hey, I was wondering some tips from some of y'all who do underwater makeup what kind of water sealer do y'all use and where do y'all buy it? I'm needing some... Plus I was wondering what sort of hair products you use to keep it from getting damaged, because today I had to get my hair cut 2 inches today because it was so split at the ends...

The first is before the hair cut and the second is after, now you can't see any purple hair color :(
