Searching for a neoprene for the latex tail I'm going to make, today I've found a material a bit similiar to this: a bit thiker than lycra/spandex, but strong and elastic.
Could this be ok?

As long as it isn't Neoprin, I don't see why not. The issue with Neoprin (which is what the Mertailor uses for his basic tails) is that it stretches nice, but it doesn't stop.It keeps stretching out, and you have to keep taking it in constantly, eventually it will just crack and tear whatever you put on top.

ok, so how can I tell if i have Neoprene or neoprin?

I don't think it's neoprin but I'm not sure because it's thin.

the seller didn't know it very much... it was in a street market, lol
I should search for something better elsewhere.
