WARNING!!! NEVER ORDER FROM STRETCH HOUSE

I called these guys to try to return an item purchased. Their website CLEARLY states NEOPRENE. DO NOT ORDER... YOU WILL GET NEOPRIN!!!!! I tried calmly to talk to these people, and they kept insisting this is neoprene, when its clearly not neoprene.. Avoid a headache.... never order from here.

I am now having to use neoprin for the fabric base for the body of my tail. I will never make this mistake again. They refuse to make it right and exchange for actual neoprene or even entertain a refund. So, i will use what i have but never again.

Next time order from foam order.com. They have a huge variety of colored neoprenes and will give you real neoprene. They're so nice and I've had nothing but good experiences ordering from them.

yikes, that is where I bought mine too. I bet its Neoprin too then. I dont know the difference though and thought it was right all this time
