So I've been really interested in sealand lately cause it seems so interesting. A former fort turned into a country (sort of). So anyway I was looking of the site and they have this!

For this you get a whole square foot that you can't build on but you own for 10 years, after which you pay a I'm guessing a small fee to keep it along with some other stuff. Thought it was interesting.
