Hi from Paris

Hello,
So i'm completely new in the mermaids/mermen world.
I made my latex tail 2 months ago, and didn't know there was a community... so i'm really happy to meet you even if there isn't a lot of mers in my country: France.
I found my new name some days ago, it will be Anceos... which is a mix between the letters of oceans... ;)
So my tail isn't perfect, it's my first one, but i learn quickly so hope the next will be better...
at this time, i need to redo the painting, it appears complete blue on picture, but it has a little purple and glitters on it... ;) i will reenforce with black and more purple.
i have the opportunity to try it last august in mediterranean sea, and it was a pleasure... the speed is really great, and it's cery comfortable... so really happy with it...

So now i'm making some accessories like shark teeth necklace, trident spear, belt and bracelet to complete the look...
and i'm in the process of making a new tail, only hesitate if i go silicone directly or if i make a new latex one before for training... ;)

Echinacea: thanks a lot, well my tail is a little bit short on the butt... lol so that's why i'm working on a belt to hide that area... ;)
Arion: i'm really impatient to finish the paint and belt and we'll meet and swim... it only depends on the weather cause i have to do the paint outside... ;)
and as i'm on holliday in a week... we will certainly meet during this period

so yes it's a pleasure to swim with, i never thought i could swim so fast with a tail... so it was a good surprise... ;) and yes we will meet very soon with arion and certainly meet an other french mermaid: Claire... really happy to not being alone in France... ;)

For the color, well i don't know why only the blue appears on picture and not the purple... lol but i will try to give it some more colors...

Thanks for the dorsal compliment, i try to have one that with stay high, like a shark, but with a "merman"design... i think i will use it too for my next tail... ;)

Have a look at the Euro Pod subforum, we've planned a European Mer-Meet for this November.

I love your idea of making a trident, and the dorsal fin.
If you manage to make one that stands up and looks like a shark's, please do tell how you made it!

well for november, it's too short for me, cause i had a car accident some weeks ago and someone who never payed for a suit i made for him 2 months ago, so i have some financial problem... and can't spend more to come... ;) but i will keep that info in my head... ;) trident is coming well... i will have to make a new post to show all... ;) for my next tail i will use silicone and i will certainly use the same dorsal fin mold as my first one... but after why not... ;)
