Hi everyone!
So I finally decided on a tail to buy... And bought it! I went with AquaTails and bought a Nylon Spandex tail with a Finis Monofin. I know it's not the highest quality at all, but it's my first tail and I have a major issue with fluctuating weight, so I decided it would be better to experiment with the fit with Spandex before spending money on Neoprene or Silicone. This is just the beginning though... I hope to have a Neoprene tail by early next year and a Silicone tail eventually too. It's all a process in terms of experimentation, budget, etc. One thing is for sure, cheap or expensive, this is my first tail and I couldn't be more excited! If you want to take a look, the tail I ordered is the one in the picture at the following link, and I ordered it in the same colors as pictured along with the seashell bra the model is also wearing in the picture. It's an angel fish/beta tail with tons of billows :D ... http://www.aquatails.com/angel-mermaid-tail Thank you to everyone who's responded to my posts and worked with me in making all these decisions and helping to answer questions about materials, cost, companies, etc.
Mermaid blessings!
