My tail arrived! My fiancé has iPhone right now which takes much better pictures, so I had to use my Nikon digital camera instead. I also didn't have the best lighting or a very open space to get good pictures, but here's what I got:

15753 15754 15755 15756 15757

The feet fit pretty well, but I had to use a little bit of vaseline as my feet are a little wider than the foot portions are sized to, (I think they're also just meant to be tight). The fabric fits really well with no wrinkles or anything, but after standing in the fin for only about five minutes, my feet started to cramp pretty badly. I haven't gone swimming in it yet but will be doing so at the gym later today. w00t! I'm excited! Even though the fabric is not the highest of quality, I still really like it. I'm looking forward to getting a Neoprene koi print skin to put over it sometime soon in the next few months. Oh yeah, I bought a toss away underwater camera, so I'll have my fiancé take some pictures of what it looks like underwater :D

I have the same monofin, and it should loosen up a bit when wet.

What's the best way to deal with the foot cramping and breaking in the foot parts? Should I put on the tail while watching TV while lying on the bed or something? It seems that it's okay to stand in this tail if done so on the carpet. I'm aware that the skin is just swimsuit material and will wear out soon and intend to get my Neoprene Koi design in the next month or so...

Doing a bunch of general stretches can help as well as rolling over feet over a tennis ball (or baseball, etc.).

Oh wow, I just put it back on and the footsie parts have already stretched open a bit more comfortably than they were when I first slid into them and had to use vaseline. There's either vaseline remaining on the inside or they're opening up more now because I'm able to just slide my feet in (they're still snug though and the strap around the back is pretty secure - I used to be a surfer, so I'm familiar with how things should feel in order to have them stay on in the ocean). Has anyone experienced using wetsuit pants under Neoprene? I know I could easily get them on underneath this swimsuit fabric, but I'm wondering what that will be like with Neoprene...

I actually like the fabric skin more than I thought I would... My weight fluctuates a lot so I decided I should start with this, and then get the Neoprene for my median weight but also have this skin for when I gain weight and need something with give...

Wetsuit pants are usually 1mm neoprene, so it would probably be difficult--neoprene is tight and doesn't tend to slide easily. It might be better to wear tights or some kind of swimwear rather than neoprene under neoprene.

note that this is based simply on me imagining trying to put my full body wetsuit over my shorty... Aka a very awkward picture lol!

Mine are 5mm as the water here is VERY cold.
