soooooo i went swiming at a indoor pool on november 17 but geeze my swiming. i couldnt swim as far and coulnt hold my breathfor as long . i scratch up my tail a-bit (i kinda blame the pool cuz the deep end was all used up for reserved swimming lanes and 1/3 of the shallow end my favorite part was reserved for life gurd training so all i got was one lane)all and all i felt i could of done so much better.
is there any off season training anyone can think of before my next swim?

Check the pool schedule, and see if there is a less busy time to go?

^^This is really about the only thing you can do, unless you somehow find a less public place to swim.

I can relate, there are very few pools around and they are always thronged.
It's so much worse if you get all those fitness-, baby- and gymnastics courses on top of the swim schools and stuff that's usually happening.

It's why I mostly swim without tail and monofins now, there's just not enough room :(
besides, the "deep" pool we have is roughly 6 ft, and I'm over 7 ft long with a monofin on, go figure :p
