I recently noticed that the main silicone tail of my fluke which covers the monofin has started to peel. (I previously did a sealed layer with dragon skin but that is not what's peeling). Its the inside layer, which I can actually lift up and see the canvas covering the Monofin. I have used Sil poxy I've used before and its not working or just not holding anymore. Im at the point of giving up, but im crossing my fingers that my tail fundraising gets somewhere before this tail goes. So any help would be appreciated.

I am not exactly sure what you are talking about with the two layers. I am having a hard time visualizing it. But it is good to note that any bonding with silicone must be done within the first 72 hours after the initial pour. After 72 hours, the pores in the silicone close and peeling can occur. There is a possess to re open the pores, but it is painstakingly long.
