I wonder if this time around it's actually going to be silicone or if it's going to be alex plus like last time? I already have my doubts about his "neoprene". But it's no wonder everyone wants them back. They're much more affordable than his new skins tails, and all problems that mers have had with them aside, they're actually quite pretty, especially for the price.

They seem pretty, but when you look closely - and I think most mers on this network would agree - they really aren't quite up to par, even at the reduced price. These hybrid tails, and his newer line with the interchangeable "skins" all seem like badly pirated versions of his own work.

Clearly, in my opinion, he is more interested in moving volume, and his higher end tails are being reserved to cater to a celebrity / affluent clientele.

He's just posted on facebook that he'd added customer reviews and photos to his website, but "doesn't have room to list them all." How convenient that all the reviews are positive.

I pity the fool who takes reviews from the person being reviewed to heart rather than going to a third-party group. I mean, if someone asked me to review myself, it'd be all sunshine and rainbows. But something tells me if other people reviewed me, I'd sound like I'd be anything but. :cthulhu:

I'm kind of glad those are coming back. I liked them a lot and was considering buying one when they disappeared and he brought in the removable monofin tails.
