Hello,
i have some questions about the tail makeing. I will made the molds for the tail and the fins out of GFRP. And I want use Dragonskin silicone and 5mm (0,2inch) neoprene for reinforcement.
The scalemold is a flatmold and after the demolding, I bekome to wrap the scalesheets.
But I have a little confusion about the necessary amount of dragonsin. Is 2 gallons(1Gallon partA and 1gallon partB) an sufficient amount of silikone?
The answer in the How-To Is a little bit confusing
And how is the best technique to adhere the Dragonskin with the neoprene? And how thick must the layer of silicon must be?
I'm sorry for the many questions, but I want nothing possible go wrong.
