Unfortunately my dear friend Stella is dealing with some personal problems and decided that she can no longer be a mermaid. :( So, her tail is now for sale. I also have one of his older style "latex" tails for sale, as well as some other misc. mermaid items.
Pictures can be seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/4isouva2ggm0oq5/78MBkIeugm
1. Mertailor "latex" tail. Asking $325 + shipping. I do not know what this is really made of. It has a neoprene or neoprin liner, I don't know which. It has a layer of what he calls latex on top. This tail was originally green with a scalloped shaped fluke. I repainted it with spray paint. I don't know how the spray paint will do in the water but last time I spray painted a tail it stayed on alright. I also cut the fluke, so the edge where I cut it is not covered with latex. Look at the pics to see what it looks like. I do not know what kind of monofin is inside but it feels like a finis. This tail is best for someone with size 8 or smaller feet, and under 5,5. It will stretch a little and will fit someone slightly larger than the measurements. Measuring straight across while lying flat on the floor, it measures 14" at the waist, 16" hips, 9" knees, 7" ankles.
2. Mertailor silicone tail. Asking $1200 + shipping. This tail is best for someone with size 8 or larger feet, and under 5,5. I do not know what kind of monofin is inside but it feels like a finis, and I know it is the larger foot pocket for bigger feet. It will stretch a little and will fit someone slightly larger than the measurements. Measuring straight across while lying flat on the floor, it measures 14" at the waist, 14" hips, 10" knees, 8" ankles. This tail was originally made for a very thin man and worn for one photo shoot before I bought it. It was recently repainted. It is blue with navy edges and gold on the fluke. It has what we call "tentacles" on the fluke.
3. Pink & gray tights with scale pattern, asking $5 + shipping. Size small, never worn.
4. Mermaid tank top, SOLD
5. Mermaid tee shirt, SOLD
6. Beaded scale top, asking $10 + shipping. Size s/m, never worn.
7. Emily Strange mermaid top, SOLD
8. Beaded shell change purse. SOLD
9. Mermaid bracelet. SOLD
10. Little Mermaid wig & bow. SOLD
11. Silicone shell top. SOLD
12. Mermaid figurine / Jar. Asking $5 + shipping. It opens up so you can put things inside.
PM me if your interested in something, and feel free to answer questions here. I will try my best to answer!
I am willing to take layaway / installment payments.

Please do let me know about the shells :) and although the beaded scale top is gorgeous, I (for some unknown reason) thought that it was a beaded scale top as in for a mermaid to wear. It's beautiful but just not what I am looking for. I appriciate the effort in posting those pictures however, BlueMermaid

Here are some pictures of the silicone tail being used before it was repainted. It fits various sizes due to the stretchy nature of the silicone. Stella has small feet but she wore thick socks to help fill in the foot pocket. She loved this tail!
16638
This is the tail being worn by someone slightly larger than stella.
16639
It looks even better now that it's been repainted!
16640
Looks good in the water and swims well.

I just don't have any use for it any longer.

Since there seems to be some trouble with my drop box, here is all the photos of the things that are still available and not already sold.
Mertailor silicone tail. Asking $1200 OBO + shipping. This tail is best for someone with size 8 or larger feet, and under 5,5. It will work with smaller foot sizes as Stella, who wore this tail, is only a 7. You can see everwhere this tail has been on my facebook page Blue Mermaid Designs, it's been on the news and in a commercial, it's been to some great events.

The Mertailor tail is pretty! Not my size but it looks like it's in good shape!
The look is nice indeed.
But honestly, when i see the difference of the seams between Raven from Merbella Studios, the Roberts twins from Finfolk Productions and those from Eric in his Mertailor business, i feel like Eric is actually not that great of a tailmaker considering the fact that his seams are clearly visible at sight. Because of that, his tails should be worth much less that the price he is offering. I wouldn't pay 2k or 3k for this tail. The fluke shape and the paint job are good but it's not a smooth work. There are clearly imperfections.

I have or have had tails from FlipTails, Merbellas, Mermaid Creations and Mertailor. Mertailor seams are the most visible, as you can see in the photos.... They all have imperfections. When it comes to seams, FlipTails & Merbellas performance tails are nearly invisible.
The look is nice indeed.

The green tail is not currently for sale.
The blue silicone one would best fit a thin person under 5,5. I don't know what kind of monofin it has, but it is for larger feet. I am women's size 7 and I have to bulk my feet with socks to wear it.
Here are a few pics of it on different people, just go to these links if you don't see the pics. This was before it was painted. The waist was also cut down after we got it, so it will only fit shorter people under 5,5.

I have an Oleg Cassini wedding dress and if you would like, I would love to trade it for your green tail (if it is still available). These dresses new cost around $1000. The zipper pull is broken but other then that it is in great condition. I just read that you are not selling the tail right now, but if you choose to later just send me a message. (If you are not interested in all please let me know).
