This isn't strictly mer related, but i thought it important, since marine mammals are so intelligent, and many people have found they communicate with each other and with people.
What if a leopard has a thought life, and could communicate its thoughts, feelings and concerns to a special woman?
I'll let this video explain for itself

Wow... That was amazing. Made me cry. It would be so amazing to be able to do that.

Nothing special, I talk to my cats daily, and they understand every word and answer accordingly.
Lol, nah, I know it's a different story for wild animals.
While I'm not 100% sure this is legit, I can imagine something like this to exist, because many animals are no less intelligent than humans.
However, I don't think every animal has the ability (or willingness) to communicate in such a way.

I noticed at the end of the video the guy Jorg said that after Anna Breytenbach's visit with the Leopard Spirit, he went and took a course she teaches.
That would be cool, especially if it could help you communicate with sea animals. I presume the course happens in South Africa, so it would be more accessible to the African MerNetwork members, but still . . . how much does it cost to go to South Africa?

At the end of the video, it sounds like you can buy a dvd explaining how. I might have to get it.

Ye, and that was the part that made me go "aha...fake."
Because, if I understood it right, the "communication" is based on some sort of telepathy
(sending mental images, and receiving them back).
Now, there are people who can do that sort of thing (I've done it in person),
so I know a thing or two about telepathy and empathy (the ability to excactly feel what someone else is feeling, even if you don't know/see them at that moment).
In my experience, this is an innate ability, NOT something that can be learned.
You might be able to hone this talent with training (in case you never noticed you possess it), but most people who can do that, are very well aware of it already (it's as natural to them as breathing, they don't think twice about it).
So, if someone claims they have this spectacular ability they can teach to you no matter what, it's a sure bet they're lying, and their promo video is a scam.
I've sometimes approached people who made similar claims, just to see whether they were genuine (for example, some guy claiming he could teach telekinesis to anyone), all of them were scammers.
They employ methods old as mankind to have you fooled for a while (for example: obscure "training" methods, which usually are nothing but self-hypnosis techniques designed to produce optical illusions and delusions, the obligatory "don't expect instant results, you will have to train months or years to have palpable results!!" etc), during this time, they try to get your money.

Well, I went to the link given at the end of the video.
It's not a link to a DVD by Anna Breytenbach, it seems the YouTube video is a clip taken from a documentary called The Animal Communicator, by director Craig Foster and narrated by Swati Thiyagarajan.
The link goes to a video producer called Natural History Unit Africa ( http://www.nhuafrica.com/ )
and then the link to the documentary is here:
http://www.nhuafrica.com/license-acquisition/one-off-specials/animal-communicator/
It was made in 2012 and there used to be a DVD of the documentary available, but it looks like it's not available any more. Maybe they sold all the copies they made, and aren't producing any more?
Not sure how you would get the documentary now. I went to a link that was supposed to have the full movie, but it didn't work.
