Can't send pictures in private messaging

So, I've got a bit of a problem.
I can't send pictures from my computer with private messages.
I can only send pictures by url.
Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? :confused:
Because it's a bit annoying...

Maybe it's just because the forum would need a lot of space for saving the pictures. So it's not possible.
But you could upload a picture to a picture hoster and use that URL.

But the people who message me are able to send pictures...
It should normally say 'upload from computer' right?
That butten/area is nowhere to be seen in the 'insert picture' menu?

When I try to insert a picture in a private message, I can only use a URL for it, too.

Is anyone able to insert pictures from the computer in a private message?
