Has anyone used it and had complaints? From the reviews I see it's a fairly decent camera. I figure its a pretty decent camera for its price and cheaper than going out and buying a GoPro which I hope to do one day. I'm still searching though, but I'm curious and wonder if anyone on here has one. Someone needs to make a sticky thread for this stuff.

The other has better reviews, but this one has more and its still a 4.1 star camera.. I like to think some people just have bad experiences with cameras.. I'm going to continue researching them. Hope someone here has some advice or knows something about either of these two

I don't have any experience with these cameras but I have my own waterproof Nikon Coolpix AW100. I spent alot of time researching all the waterproof cameras on the market and over and over I saw the Nikon beat every other camera hands down. From speaking with my local camera shop they have also recommended the Nikon over the others. I will advise from my experience is that the one downside of any waterproof is that the battery drains a little faster under water. I may not convince you to change brands but in your research do some side by side comparisons. A really good site to see in depth reviews is http://www.dpreview.com/. Go the review section and look for the camera you are researching. In general before I make any camera/lens purchase I read as many reviews as possible. That way I have informed myself enough to make an informed decision on the purchase. Just my two cents.

I have the nikon coolpix aw100 as well and I love it! The clarity underwater is awesome! It takes great pics on land too and is a great camera for traveling...I love to hike and I don't have to worry if I drop this one in a waterfall!

Hi Marina, If you would be willing to spring for $125 more, you could get the Olympus TG-2 iHS, which is the top-of-the-line underwater camera Olympus makes

http://www.amazon.com/Olympus-Stylus-Digital-Camera-Optical/dp/B00AQ2BWP4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390447436&sr=8-1&keywords=Olympus+TG-2+iHS

It has some real advantages over the cheaper ones with the lens in the corner.

I worte up a little description of the advantages this camera has in angelstarfish's thread on cameras. You can read it here:

I have this one.

It works well. I have used it in the pool and even in my fish tank. Its easy to use and I can get good pics of my fish.
