any good mermaid animes out there?

Suprsingly i have not seen much mermaid focused anime out there. Besides the ova's of mermaid scar (which i loved) and the mermaid arc on pet shop of horrors, there dose not seem to be much out there. I did start to watch muromi-san by the shore, but its styling makes it hard to watch sometimes. Cute mermaids though. Maybe im missing some really great mermaid anime out there. So, any good recommendations?

I personally LOVE Seto No Hanayome (A.K.A My Bride's a Mermaid, but you really have to get used to the funny outrageous faces in that anime) and my favorite as a child was Mermaid Melody although it can be cheesy (it is a children's anime).
I haven't seen too much else out there though as far as mermaid anime's go.

Mermaid Melody is too...I don't know. But I've caught some of the Adventures of the Little Mermaid. Good. Way better than I thought it would be. As for My Bride is a Mermaid, pretty well amazing. Don't know why, but many of the plots remind me of Mighty Morphin' Power Ranger scenes before they morph. Just wish it had more detail like the manga.

Oh my gosh! Thnx for the link to Saban's Adventures of the Little Mermaid! I was searching for this forever, couldn't remember what it was called. Used to watch this as a kid.

I'm in the process of re-watching it to force myself to take a break from my endless cycle of Doctor Who... "Watch all the episodes, cannot cope, must watch again."

It's on Hulu and Netflix, and probably elsewhere.

I also love Ponyo, though it's not a serious and also not exactly a mermaid... But it's sooooo cuuuute.

I watched Mermaid's Scar at an impressionable young age, LOL! Been ages since I've seen it, but I remember liking it.

Yeah looks like my bride is a mermaid might be fun. Mermaid melody...its a magical girl show right? As long as its not as cheesy as some, i might try it out.my opinion of magical girls is if its not sailor moon or madoka magika i loose intrest fast.

Currently im watching mermaid saga aka mermaid forest tv.
