I was just thinking how often I see an actress or an actor and imagine them in a tail, and wish they'd play a mer already. Or see a performer of another kind, and wish they'd do something mer-ish. And as much as I love some other performers, they wouldn't seem right in a tail.
So who're the performers you'd like to see in a tail?
For me, it's Rachel Skarsten (plays a Valkyrie on Lost Girl) and Melora (founder of and cellist for Rasputina).

Vin Diesel. Because he has a sexy voice and body. And he can lure beautiful maidens into the sea so we can make sirens out of them!

I loved Alyssa Milano as a mermaid.
She looks the part so much. Ironically, she hated those episodes because she has a water phobia :jawdrop:
Fun Fact:
Alyssa was the person used as body model for Ariel!
(They use a real woman as model for each of their princesses to create their looks.)

Luke Goss! I would love to see Luke Goss in a tail. Doug Jones, too. He acts in full-body prosthetics better than anybody I've ever seen, he would be amazing as a more creature- or monster-like merman.

Oh, yes! Doug Jones was amazing as Abe Sapien in the Hellboy movies. He's make a great mer, esp one who doesn't look all that human.
