So I made a tread like this before, but I can't find it anyways. :lol:

This tread is about all my creative/art projects that I have made involving mermaids! :)

I also have pictures/videos from a Yüyi doll and mermaid statue/doll that I've made but their on my IG account (wich i only use on my phone) so I need a way to find n post em here :)

So...last night I layed awake and I hd an awsome idea (see where i'm going with the Johnny Depp doll? :) ) and got the awsome idea of making a Zac doll from Mako Mermaids, complete with extendet tail and tritant!

I'm going to make a ase of lightweight (doll) clay and cover it with neoprene.

(Where cand i find half a yard from an EU seller? )

then I have 3 options:

1) paint the neoprene with acrilyc paint

2) sew tiny scales by hand

aaaaand (now it comes!)

3) cover the tail with silicone scales! Like MVD did before with one of his Splash dolls :-)

But I'm not that good with chemical products so someone's gotta help me out here!

If you need it for a doll (like barbie or even a little bigger) you can use cheap neoprene notebook-covers (you van find them in shops like Action) ;)

Made with doll clay, foam , mohair, etc etc etc.

Was supposed to be me but she looks more like merida from brave :p lol

The last one is created with acrilyc and oil paint (to gove the water a shimmery look - not seen on the picture)
