I just hope they can ensure no criminals will "poach-fish" there.

People killing protected animals in nature parks is a common occurance sadly.
They'll need some heavy military forces to keep that from happening.

Hopefully more places will soon follow suit, but unfortunately so many islands and coastal regions rely on the fishing industry to survive. I wonder what percentage is local fisherman working independently versus big companies?
