Hey everyone,

I’ve been using the Human Benchmark site for a while now and have noticed some inconsistencies in my results. Specifically, my reaction time tests seem to fluctuate a lot from session to session, even when I feel like I’m in the same state of focus.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I might be overlooking in terms of setup or technique that could affect the accuracy? Also, are there any tips to improve reaction time that you’d recommend?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Thanks in advance!

Hey,
I’ve noticed similar fluctuations in my reaction times as well! It could be that small changes in your physical or mental state, like how rested or focused you are, are having an impact. Even things like your posture, screen distance, or how you're seated can make a difference. It’s tough to replicate the exact same conditions for every test, so those little changes might be affecting your results. One thing I’ve found helpful is trying to keep the conditions as consistent as possible when using the Official Human Benchmark Site (https://humanbenchmark.info/).
As for improving your reaction time, regular practice is key, but things like getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and even doing quick decision-making drills can help you get more consistent over time.
