::EDIT, MARCH 7::
Okay, so I've got connections to some artsy buddies with an airbrush machine who would be willing to help me out with the details on the tail. So, really, all I need is a base for it! Single-color royal blue neoprene, with no fancy prints or anything. It doesn't have to be the exact same color as the ref sheet; whatever "Royal blue" can be found is fine!
This is the finalized shape of my tail; I've made it a lot simpler in terms of shape. I think having complicated markings will be more than enough. :P
19154
Pretty much a basic tail with Rapid monofin in the fluke, and dorsal and pectoral fins similar to a dolphin. :D
Measurements (Note: These aren't 100% accurate, as they were just quick reads to get a basic gist of my measurements. I can get more accurate ones if necessary!)
Waist: 25"
Hips: 38"
Knees: 23"
Ankles: 13 3/4"
Waist to Floor: 41"
Waist to Knees: 24 3/4"
Foot Size: 8 - 8 1/2 Women
If anyone would be able to make this for me, that would be amazing. <3

Hey everyone! So my share of the rent is going to be going down at the end of this month, so I'll have an extra ~$200 per month in disposable income, and since I'll be getting a huge chunk of money back on my tax return relatively soon as well, I figure it'll be a great time for me to start putting money away for a fund for my first tail!
The only thing is... I have no idea what the price range on my tail would be, so I don't know how much to put aside! I know what the general price range is for silicone tails, but when it comes to neoprene tails-- which is the kind that I'm looking for-- the prices seem to be pretty much all over the place depending on maker, and most of them don't really seem to be... particularly customizable outside of the measurements, I'm looking for a tail with a lot more details, so I know it'll be more expensive than the basic ones I've found online!
So I guess this post is here for two reasons: I'm looking for someone who would be willing to take on a more detailed project, and looking for a general price range for what I should expect to spend on a tail like this. That way, I'll know about how much to save up for it!
For the time being, I'm just looking for quotes/price ranges! It'll be a few months before I'll actually be able to commit to the tail.

Basic enough, I guess the only real things I'm looking for are dorsal and pectoral fins similar to a dolphin's.
It would be great if I could find somebody who could paint the markings onto the tail for me, but I also wouldn't have any problems with ordering a base-color tail (Dark blue body and purple fins, for example) and having a friend help me airbrush it myself when it arrives.
I'd prefer a rapid monofin in the fluke, if possible, and flowy dorsal/side fins; the fins are what I'm most gung-ho about, as all the other neoprene tailmakers I've found out there either don't offer fins, or the fins aren't quite what I'm looking for in terms of style (either they're really short or they're sort of a stringy fringe that doesn't really look right).
In terms of tail size, I'm small-- Only 5'2" and about 117 lbs, and I tend to fit in size smalls/mediums. I can provide more accurate measurements of various places (waist to floor, waist width, etc.) if necessary, if that would help at all!
