Craft stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby, or online. You need to research which kind of resin you need though (epoxy resin vs polyester resin). You usually color resin by mixing in special colorants that you buy separately. There is TONS of info and myriads of videos on how to work with resin for jewelry. You need to do your research! ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW THE SAFETY INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS. Resin can be VERY hazardous stuff (always use gloves, always cover your work surface, always work in a well ventilated area), and it can be temperamental- if you don't mix it right it won't cure properly.

I've been working with Resin for a while now, and like Iona said, it's temperamental. I would get a small kit first and learn how to use it before starting to sell it. Also, there's so many different kinds of resin. There is epoxy, polyester and even putty. The first two are liquid, so you would need to either buy or make molds to use it. All of these cure differently as well. Some need heat, some need to set for 24 hours, sometimes even up to 3 days. Also you have to think about additions to your molds. Some pigments, paints and other stuff will make your resin not cure properly.

Always use rubber gloves, eye safety and wear old clothing that you don't care if it gets ruined.
