Hi wonderful mermaiding community!
I am new to this website and this whole world. I've been a apart for about a month and just bought my first tail! I just wanted to say hi. I doing this to show my parents I really am into this stuff and I think I found my calling. They don't believe me they think its a phase-I don't. Super excited to be a part of this awesomeness. I have looked at some of the mermaids on here and all around the world and I am amazed at all of you guys. The moment I started to look into this I knew exactly what I wanted to do-what you guys do.

Thats funny well tell him you aren't a the only kid, I'm 14. I also told my dad once about this tuff and how one day I wanted a silicone tail and he looked at me like I was crazy. He doesn't get why I am mermaiding but he is ok with it. He gets this weird look on his face when I talk about mermaids. Lol it's pretty funny :)

I just wanted to say Hello and follow your dream! I know that such a desire doesn't go away; I've had it since I was much younger than you, though I had to conceal it (that and the fact that I'm Canadian make me more of an Elsa than an Ariel, it seems...lol) God has blessed you with a beautiful place in which to pursue your chosen career, though!
