pigments or colors for mermaid tail???

Hey Guys so its me, Lea.
Im from germany, i don't speak english very well. Sorry.

Anyway, what kind of colors can i use for paint my silicone mermaid tail?
Im not able to use an airbrush….
I knew that there are some pigments, but i forgot their name...

Because nothing sticks to silicone but silicone, you have to pigment uncured silicone, then use that as the paint. There's no actual paint that works on it, the pigments (PearlEx) that everyone talks about don't paint directly onto the silicone, they're just silicone-safe pignments (pigments that won't hinder curing) that turn the uncured silicone into a paint.
