As some of you may know, I'm an independent animator who created a web-show about a girl who transforms into a mermaid to fight against a wicked sea witch. It's called Sirenetta (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acmkHF50Spk&feature=share&list=PLXkJMAR69cxJ7Pd0AxTBWsLNq-jJR9O-Z), and it has become one of the most popular creations I've made in my seven years of doing this. For the last few months I've been working with a team of artists, further developing the Sirenetta story, and today I'm excited to announce we are taking her story to Kickstarter. With your support, we’ll be able to bring Sirenetta's story back in a big way. We'll produce six all new ten-minute long episodes, featuring new friends, new enemies, and those whose intentions are not so clear. Nettie finds herself back in the ocean when four lost mermaids from another world come to her for help finding a home. The five finned girls go out searching, but quickly encounter trouble in the form of an enchanted Pirate crew. Will Nettie and her new friends find a new lagoon, or will the pirates be successful in stopping them? Here's a little preview of what we're doing:

You may notice I am also currently holding auditions for this project in "Tails/Mers from the Internet"
