Yes I posted about this previously somewhere else. There are two mermaid movies. One is carolyn Turgeon's book version which may be this one because I remember carolyn sharing, and the other is a different one. There are some older articles about it on here somewhere!

it's one of Raven's tails. It's just a youtube parody from a youtube chanel that makes money by parodying other movies and music videos :) the guy is from American Horror Story!
