I didn't know you suffered of legs problems, and this makes me sympathetic with you. My knees are weird and they tend to face themselves instead of being in the common position, and it's pretty painful, because it doesn't allow me to stay sit for long periods or run properly(I always look like a drunk girl on high heels when I run), as a result a specialist prescribed to swim with and without monofin.. So I can easily relate with your story!
You must be really proud of yourself!

Yes my leg problems were a result of two chronic illnesses in addition to undiagnosed scoliosis. I get back adjustments now and am treated for the two illnesses. I feel a lot better but still end up unable to walk in bed some days.

I like the content of the article... you've definitely made incredible strides (or should that be strokes?), Raina... my inner writing tutor noticed some sentence fragments and poor choice of language on the part of the writer, though. You don't look like a disney princess... you look positively mythic :)
