View Full Version : Tips for Better Control When Swimming in a Fabric Tail?

Hey fellow mers! 🌊
I’ve been swimming with a fabric tail (no monofin, just the sewn-in fluke) for a while now and I love the feel, but I still struggle with control—especially when turning or trying to stay in place. I tend to drift a lot and my kicks feel a bit uneven.
Has anyone found good techniques or exercises to improve control in the water with this kind of tail? Is it just about building more core strength, or are there specific drills that help with directional swimming and staying streamlined?
Any advice (or even video suggestions) would be amazing. Thanks so much ragdoll hit (https://ragdollhit.io/)
