Hi everyone,

I知 trying to repair my heater but I知 not sure which parts I need to replace. The heater model is XYZ123, and it痴 been making strange noises and not heating properly. I suspect the blower motor or the thermostat might be faulty, but I知 not certain.

Has anyone dealt with this model before or can suggest reliable parts suppliers? Also, any tips on how to safely replace these parts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Looking forward to your advice!

Hi!

Strange noises and poor heating often mean the blower motor or thermostat could be faulty. I would suggest testing the blower motor first to see if it is running smoothly. If not, it likely needs replacing. The thermostat can be checked for proper function too.

For parts, I recommend AFI Industries (https://afimetalparts.com/heater-parts/). They offer quality heater parts and great customer service, especially for the XYZ123 model.
Always make sure to disconnect power before working on your heater, and if you are unsure, getting a professional to help is the safest bet.
