Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to eat a bit healthier lately and noticed that Subway offers a pretty decent salad menu as an alternative to their subs. I’ve seen options like the Chicken Teriyaki, Tuna, Veggie Delite, and even the Steak & Cheese in salad form.

Has anyone here tried them regularly? I’m curious about which salads are the most filling, flavorful, and worth the price. Do you find them a good value compared to the sandwiches? Any tips on toppings or dressings that make them even better?

Looking forward to your recommendations!

I usually go for the Chicken Teriyaki salad, it’s really filling and the flavor works well with most veggies. The Veggie Delite is also solid if you want something lighter, but I’d suggest adding extra protein to make it more satisfying. The Subway Salad Menu (https://subwaymenuonline.com/subway-salad-menu/) gives you a decent value compared to sandwiches, especially if you pile on toppings. For dressings, I like keeping it simple with olive oil and vinegar, or sometimes sweet onion sauce if I want more flavor. Overall, definitely worth trying if you’re aiming for a healthier option at Subway.
