Lately, I’ve been wondering a lot about testosterone levels. Doctors always say there’s a “normal range,” but what does that actually mean in real life? If two guys are the same age but have very different lifestyles, should their testosterone levels be expected to match? I’ve read some men in their 20s already experience dips, while others stay strong until their 40s. Is that true?

Also, how accurate are blood tests when it comes to checking T levels? Do you need to test at a specific time of the day for the results to mean anything? And if you’re slightly below “average,” does it automatically mean you need to take action, or could it just be your personal baseline?

I came across this breakdown that made me think more about it: https://chadbites.com/blogs/research/what-are-average-testosterone-levels. It made me wonder, are these ranges more of a guideline than a hard rule? What do you guys think—should we compare ourselves to the averages, or just listen to our bodies and how we feel?
