Hello merfolks!!!

I'm in the process of figuring out a way to make clear sequins so i bumped into this tutorial---> http://design-newyork.com/blog/2012/03/28/a-wee-tutorial-on-how-to-make-fish-scales-out-of-packing-tape/ do you think that this would be water resistant?

No, packing tape isnt waterproof. It might hold up for one swim but it will come apart. you may be able to find another material that you can use for this effect. I know pearliemae imbedded sparklies in her silicone so thats one way.
