The disclaimer says "Do not attempt unless you are a mermaid". Does that constitute legal consent by the California Science Center to go swimming in their main tank?

BTW, If you do want to actually swim in that tank, anyone with scuba certification that can commit to 16 hours per month can sign up to be a volunteer diver. The need people to help clean the tank and give talks to visitors. green52 (http://mernetwork.com/index/member.php?3-green52) did it for a while actually!
