View Full Version : Mermaid swim at Phi Phi Islands

Hi everyone!
In Feb this year I went to Phuket for my big sisters wedding, and we were lucky to spend one day at the Phi Phi Islands snorkeling! It was honestly the most amazing place, I wish I could live forever on their reefs! hehe!
My Dad had half the footage from my swim, and I've only just got my hands on it now, so I finally finished my video! :)

Its a bit shakey when I'm diving, haha! But I hope you enjoy it! :D
I am very glad my Merbellas tail could fit in my suitcase! <3

Thank you everyone! ^_^ It was the most beautiful place I'd ever been; I cant believe how full of life and beautiful it was! The reef was destroyed during the tsunami but its making an amazing come-back!
It was quite funny: our group rented a private speedboat/tour guide and the guides were talking about how they've got a swimming instructor on board because majority of people they take out cant swim let alone snorkel!! But everyone in our group were experienced divers/surfers so the guides were super surprised when we all just jumped in and knew exactly what we were doing! haha! The guides got to relax and go for a dive themselves! Haha!

Thank you Melanie! :D I'm sorry we couldn't catch up too! It ended up being super insanely busy (it was my sisters wedding so we had both families on holiday and everyone wanted to do everything! haha!)
