DIY Starfish and shell headband!

Hey y'all! So I found this video in YouTube and the headband she makes would hardly take 10 minutes! It probably wouldn't hold up underwater, but it's really cute for a dry event. She makeup is also not waterproofed!

You could definitely alter it to hold up underwater. E6000 is a fantastic glue to use, though there's some iffyness with it in the water, so I also use Liquid Fusion which is a waterproof urethane adhesive.
Pop that on with your shells and such on perhaps a clear headband (rough the spots up where you use glue for extra hold with a nail file if you like) and it should perform pretty nicely! :)
