Monofins in tails.....?

Okay so this might seem like a silly questions, but I've been contemplating it a bit [watching videos of people getting new silicone tails and such]
How does one get into a monofin once it's inside a silicone tail? I get fabric tails cause you can roll them down really easily without causing damage to it. Swimming in my first monofin and getting it on and adjusting the straps and such really got me thinking how it works with the silicone tails. Anyone have an answer? Sorry if that's a silly question, but I wanted to ask C:

you dont. they're glued down. oyou can put your feet in it and sometimes adjust them but theyre typically set to what you need
